Keys

The key is an essential component of our app’s access system. Its purpose is to control access and ensure that our app is used in a controlled and fair manner. User need to buy the key to be able to access the app. One key per day. This key serves as a daily passcode that allows you to log in and use the app. The key system is designed to reset every day, which means that your access will automatically refresh at the start of each day.

Purchasing of Keys.

Profile

Use to Sync Data or link email.

i. Email

Connect multiple devices using the same email address, and easily switch profiles between these devices.

Click on the “Pointing to Email” button, enter your email address, and wait to receive an email for verification.
Once verified, you will be able to view all the profiles associated with the provided email address.
Once you click on the profile you wish to switch to, please wait for the data to synchronize from the online database.
Please be aware that changing the profile will result in the removal of the old data, and none of the data will be stored on the device. Therefore, it is advisable to create a backup before switching profiles.

ii. Sync Data

Use to Backup and Restore all the data in the database.

Go to Setting > App Setting
Sync Data

i. Backup Data – Manually backup the sale data.

Click at the “Backup Data” button to backup all the data.
A notification will show after click at “Backup Data” button.

ii. Data Recovery – Restore the previous backup data.

Click at the “Data Recovery” to restore the backup data.
Restoring Data.

Password

Set a new daily login password to prevent others from using the key on non-working days

Enter a new password, then re-enter the same password for confirmation.
Front-end: First time login daily if password is set.

Bluetooth Printer

Connect printer with the app to print invoice/receipt.

Go to Bluetooth setting to pair with printer device.
Pairing with Printer.
Pair with printer successfully.
Now go back to the app Setting > App Setting > Bluetooth Printer and click at the paired device.
Now test print the receipt.

Invoice Setting

Customize the invoice to your preference. Choose between paper widths of 58mm or 80mm. On the dedicated page for customizing the invoice interface for printing, you can adjust settings like showing or hiding elements, inserting custom prefix text, and including extra information in the footer.

Language

There are three languages: English, 中文 (Chinese), and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
